Terms of Service

Acceptance of these terms

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site.

What this site is for

This site explains how the missed-call notification service works and lets you request a free missed-call report. It is published for information.

The service described here is in development and testing, and no client numbers are live yet. Everything on the site describes how the service is built to work, not a record of results already delivered to customers. Features may change before launch.

No relationship is created by using this site

Reading this site, browsing it, or sending the report request form does not make you a client and does not oblige either of us to anything. You become a client only once we have both agreed in writing — an exchange of email is enough — on what you are buying and on what terms.

What the service does and does not promise

What is promised, plainly: unanswered calls to your business number are forwarded to a voice-only number assigned to you, the caller's number reaches our team, and a real person follows up with that caller for you. You get a weekly report of every missed call and the follow-up on it, and when a caller is ready to book, the booking is made on your booking platform. Your existing number does not change and is never ported. Twilio is used only to receive forwarded calls. Human follow-up happens outside Twilio. We do not use Twilio for outbound calls, SMS, or call recording. We maintain no separate customer database or client dashboard.

What is not promised: that an alert turns into a booked job, how many jobs any client will win, or any particular revenue or savings figure. The calculator and the scenarios on this site are illustrative examples based on assumptions, not guaranteed outcomes, and they are labelled as such.

Pricing

The setup fees and monthly fees shown on this site are the current published prices. They describe what each plan is intended to include; they are not a contract. Fees for a particular client take effect only when we have agreed them in writing as described above. Prices on this site may be changed before that point.

This site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the extent the law allows, Muhammad Afaque is not liable for damages arising from using or being unable to use this site — including errors in its content or interruptions in availability — or from relying on the illustrative figures on it as if they were a guarantee.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the service develops. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
